It came out in theatres when I was 8 or 9 and I remember that the VHS was in heavy rotation for a few years in our VCR with some of my other favorite movies at this time: The Goonies, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, The Visitors (cult french movie), Home Alone, Ghostbusters, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Beetlejuice, Back to The Future II, Jurassic Park (I had a severe case of Dino Mania), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, … Good times!

Disney has announced that Pixar Animation will build a 20,000 square-foot animation studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. The studio is currently scouting locations in the city for the new facility, which will employ 75 to 100 people. The purpose of the Canada-based studio is to produce computer animated short films, which usually run anywhere from three to six minutes in length, and take 6 to 8 months to produce.
